Hello! Here are some pix of our new girls. They have both mastered the art of relaxing on the sofa!

Hello! Attached, please find the newest pix of our new girls. They have both mastered the art of relaxing on the sofa! Mary has really taken to going for long walks! Lil Bear has truly found her "forever home" as she refuses to leave the house on a leash! If I want to take her out of the garage, I have to carry her.

She'll walk on the leash in our yard, but will not budge from our yard! The vet seems to think she is totally comfortable in the house, garage and fenced back yard, so anything else "threatens her feelings of security!" We're working with peanut butter and liver treats to try to get her to go for walks in the real world. Surprisingly, she'll eagerly jump in the truck or van and happily go for rides. When we get somewhere else, she'll walk just fine. We have had a great adventure, as their cousins Sky, Suka & Angel (2 Siberian Huskies and a German shepherd) came to stay with us for 11 days. What's left of the grass in the fenced yard got a good workout, but they all seem to get along fine! It was a great experience for all of us!
